Thanks for the article! It's interesting to see how your notes cluster and what you can glean from them. I have a single file, people.md, that I keep important notes about 1-on-1's I've had with others in.
Also: I'm a big fan of customized personal note-taking using open standards. I didn't intend to do this, but somehow over time I ended up rolling my own note-taking approach and "software" (if you can call a shell script that) which is too lightweight to have any kind of visualization piece.
