I only ever deal with my irs account twice a year (once to get my PIN and once if I need to look up past info). I would rather use mail now (printers take 10 seconds to print), and another minute to mail. I'm not going to give my biometric information to this company AND wait and unspecified amount of hours to video chat with a stranger while holding my PII.
