I'm generally in support of website owners having to publish a certain amount of information about who operates the site. Especially when the site is commercial in nature or collects visitor data. If you're publishing ads, sending people to affiliate links, selling products, whatever, you're operating a business. All businesses should be held to a minimum standard of accountability.
