So why aren't we asking what's happened to him,
instead of presuming malice?

- twox2 5y agoI think it's pretty clear that it is malice. But to your question - I suppose I agree. I don't think society usually tries to help malignant people whether or not it stems from mental health issues or not. We tend to focus more on punitive measures than rehabilitation if someone does something out of line.
