I will still recommend 1Password over Bitwarden to non-tech people because their whole UX journey is so well crafted that even my parents can understand it on their own. The valuation is most likely based on that and the potential growth in that market. I use and pay for Bitwarden but even I always get lost in the clunky UI and get frustrated by basic tasks (to a point I am considering switching). And it only gets worse when you have multiple teams and all the secrets are mixed up.
