I'd be really concerned the decision maker would not consider this proactive but rather creepy
- cocoflunchy 5y agoNo hiring manager will be finding a dev candidate reaching out creepy. The worst that can happen would be to be redirected to HR.
- mrsuprawsm 5y agoI am a hiring manager and I would find it creepy and mildly annoying. Most companies have formal application processes for a reason.
