Tech Startups Reach a New Peak of Froth
- hardtke 5y agoThe article is missing a discussion of whether the new deals are becoming more founder and employee friendly (no liquidation preferences, less dilution, etc.) If these jaw dropping deals have poor terms it becomes less and less attractive for new employees to join these companies.
- mooreds 5y agoI do not see how this ends well. Eventually, more money doesn't lead to better investment (by better, I mean more productive to the entire economy). I lived through one career nuclear winter, and I predict another tech meltdown will happen in the next 10 years.
