The United States Secretary of Transportation is not responsible for stopping the looting of trains at the Union Pacific Terminal in Los Angeles. This is a local crime issue.
Buttigeig is simply not relevant in this discussion.
- wrycoder 5y agoInterstate commerce is being interfered with. The Secretary has a large organization at his disposal. He has subordinates. He has a phone and a pen. There's lots of things he could do without spending a lot of personal time. But, he has priorities, like talk shows, where he avoids discussing topics like these.
