It worked fine till omicron. It was totally fine and kicked delta ass. But there are limits how much you could beat out of the immune system with the same vaccine. It is completely surprising we even got this far but delta was not that much different virus, just had higher viral load. The fact that we can limits its transmission and reduce illness is a gift but really expecting current vaccines to do more is just too greedy.

  No. Always had to stay masked. Politics removed and money removed. The best way to just end this is to simply: get every vaccine or booster that comes out. Limit exposure entirely. Only leave your house for essentials. Mask when around people outside your immediate home. Everyone can do that last one. Pretty much everyone can do the first one. The hard one for the wider population is the 2nd one.
