Well, what if TSMC created an independent US based manufacturing presence that was DOD qualified? Or one of the other currently non-US manufacturers?
- abakker 5y agoI am not certain, but I think they can’t. I think those critical functions cannot have foreign owners or officers if they want to sell to the government.
