This is a stupid debate over language. What people mean when they say Javascript is web assembly is that Javascript is a compilation target, which is completely true.
- jibbit 15y agoAbsolutely. I never heard anyone actually say “blah is to JS as C is to Assembly” nor did i take them to mean that when they said "Javascript is web assembly"
