Youtube and a couple hours on a Saturday afternoon got it done, my wife was impressed. She didn't think even her mechanically inclined dad would have bothered to try that job. Honestly, the toughest part of it all was getting the main metal sheath/body back on properly. Took me 3 attempts because I was working by myself and the darn thing is so flimsy. It's been running like a tank and I've been impressed with the quality.
