Somehow, if those jobs are so bad no one wants to do it but the purpose of the job must still to be done/accomplished then maybe people will try other solutions

Somehow, if those jobs are so bad no one wants to do it but the purpose of the job must still to be done/accomplished then maybe people will try other solutions, some that don't let those kind of behaviors emerge. Also, if basic income is good enough then their wouldn't be a need for that kind of job :).
