- nisegami 5y agoNote that this was a settlement and the case never went to trial. However, it sounds like VPN Unlimited advertised using their service to access torrent trackers, probably making themselves vulnerable to the same arguments as in MGM Studios, Inc. v. Grokster, Ltd.

- no_time 5y agoAlso it's basically impossible to verify. If you want to collect large amounts of behavioral data, found a VPN company.
