  On that one, the lack of foot rests looks very uncomfortable. Except sturdier, unpadded, and slightly tilted forward. They were also slightly pyramidal, resulting in a somewhat narrow seat but making the stool very stable. P.S. The 30" one is probably closest functionally - I think one just has to slide off the seat to be standing up.
