I dunno. To me they just look like any of 1000 Valley startups that make optimistic promises. Nothing stands out as any more wild than is typical. They'll do something interesting or they won't. They raised money from VCs who are supposedly responsible adults, so it's on them. If they utterly fail, they utterly fail. It's a thing that happens.
