- mbrodersen 5y agoOr perhaps find the most competent person who isn’t busy? Incompetent people tend to be busy all the time because they don’t know how to work effectively. A bad developer will add as many bugs as new features and will therefore be busy all the time, always falling behind. A great developer will introduce very few new bugs and can therefore easily add new features, not falling behind.
