Just understand that it’s not a coding career it’s a problem solving career. Often times the best way to solve a problem are good social skills, empathy, dressing well, and generally making your soft skills strong. It also helps to be persistent and willing to try things repeatedly and failing. “Good” coding skills are often not necessary. Know the basics, be willing to learn, be outgoing (introverted doesn’t mean you can’t be social and outgoing) lean on others and you’ll go further than you expect
Edit: unfortunately you’ll need to know Leetcode to break into a lot of jobs. Honesty just memorize solutions for two weeks. It sucks but it is what it is and it’s easier to go with the flow than get angry at it
