Gives me very strong BeOS vibes.
- Ygg2 5y agoStronger than Haiku? https://www.haiku-os.org/ https://www.haiku-os.org/
- yjftsjthsd-h 5y agoI've never used the original: Is there a difference between BeOS vibes and Haiku vibes?
- chungy 5y agoNo, Haiku is basically a carbon-copy of BeOS. Still, Essence's BeOS vibe comes from the tabbed windows and the strong emphasis on single-user computing.
- pjmlp 5y agoNot on the C++ APIs it doesn't.
- tekknik 5y agoI wonder why they didn’t just contribute to Haiku instead of doing this.
