What red flags should I aware of?
- ed-209 5y agoTrashing old coworkers, assuming all the glory for team achievements - generally anything you observe directly or via personality assessment that runs counter to the ideal personality for the role and environment/culture. It can be very subjective so involving others whom you trust in the process is usually good.
