I tried to solve this using WhoIsWorkingOnWhat.com (hn submission: http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=1979671 http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=1979671). It didn't get much traction. I was obviously a no match to Joel. I am thinking of open sourcing the app when I get some time to clean it up.
