- slickdork 5y agoI use a 5-3-1 todo strategy every day: 5 easy things, 3 medium things, 1 hard thing. I didn't invent it, but it works well for me. Anything that didn't get done the day before gets escalated a category the next day. That thing I though of being as medium todo but didn't get done? It's obviously belonging in the 'hard' category. One of my easy tasks is always 'make tomorrows list'. So, it's a perpetual motion machine.
