Proof-of-Stake is just Plutocracy-on-Steroids. PoW is the fundamental breakthrough. Yet, everyone is oblivious to that fact, a decade later. It's amazing that people on a technology forum talk about proof of stake as something new. That's what basically DNS runs on, and it's been around since 1983. Maybe it is still early indeed.
