Silo'd small 4-discipline feature teams that put too much stress on managers with 4 individual bottlenecks.
The same-discipline engineers across the org don't talk to each other anymore. And I feel like I'm the only manager who is attempting to improve this over last 6 months. I'm just tired of the stress. I need to go be an IC for a little bit.
