Both Oracle and IBM DB2 are in this diagram as being "Cloud Native" databases. Not sure I agree with that statement.

  You can reasonably argue about what should be included but I have a feeling if you started trying to draw a line about what databases are properly "cloud native" and which aren't, you probably end up making a lot of somewhat arbitrary calls. I'm not sure I disagree with you but I also understand why they might be there.
