You probably also have figured out that the German federal foreign office does not even mention the yellow passport during the pandemic for traveling to Mongolia. And of course Amazon does not deliver to Mongolia too.. Actually, getting anything delivered to Mongolia takes weeks or more, because of restrictions of movement.
