Yeah I’m sure that a janky text file will really impress a manager. Seriously, there’s something to be said for design.
- wyclif 5y agoHow many times are you going to send that file to a hiring manager? I'm guessing you probably would either 1/ Format it when it's interview time, or 2/ Format and bullet point the key takeaways. Either way, the overhead is mostly recording it, not processing it which shouldn't happen very often.
- programmarchy 5y agoPaying $10 to not have to format something even once is a good deal, especially if I can just send out a link.
