I own two Minitels. I made a connector (https://pila.fr/wordpress/?p=361 https://pila.fr/wordpress/?p=361) that allows me to use one as a serial terminal and it works nicely with a Raspberry Pi/stty. I am in the process of writing my own firmware for the other one.
