- ghaff 5y agoA few (non mutually exclusive) theories: - People are quitting with the intent of getting new jobs but they may not do so right away. - Hiring needs are up so even if you have a constant pool, hiring is harder. - With more remote work at many of the biggest (and best-paying) tech employers, it's harder for other tech companies to hire because geographical moats are being bridged in many cases.
