- throwaway29303 5y agoIt's basically a JavaScript API that accesses devices' hardware accelerators; think devices with hardware exclusively dedicated to neural network processing. For example, a smartphone with a CPU dedicated exclusively to think kind of computation. Google has, for instance, on its Pixel 6 smartphone a chip called Google Tensor[0].
