Good engineers can't get hired, at least judging by local selection among those who didn't have problems before. This is literal - you can't hire engineers because you don't hire good ones. The process is more broken than before. It's both hilarious and sad to hear complaints of employers. The non-hiring is on their side, there is little engineers can do if they aren't considered good - great experience notwithstanding.
