I mean that’s kind of a tautological statement, if you have a huge down payment of course you can buy a house?
- caymanjim 5y agoMy point is that a six figure income makes it possible anywhere. Especially a "well over six" income. Of course you have to save, but it's ridiculous to say it's unaffordable.
