- jeffreygoesto 5y agoHa, I wanted to write that, but you were faster. You need to loosen your expectations towards yourself a bit and choose your battles. See the parallel article here [0]. Don't grief if you can't get the balance right all the time, just keep trying. The most important aspect I found is to keep connected and giving to your spouse. The two of you have chosen that live and are in it together. Keep giving and you will get back, there can be a lot of strength in a relationship.
