There is not much other than getting rid of it. You are also loading things like Hotjar and various analytics things multiple times, hotjar twice with the same id, twitter sdk 4-6 times. If you want speed then just take a HTML capture of the twitter embed if it's a tweet and link to it, instead of bringing over a full unnecessary package to show one tweet each.
