I know we are an outlier, but literally the first day at my startup, we setup Okta for everything we could, best investment ever, onboarding a new user takes 1 minute, and we don't have to worry about leaked / weak passwords. Adding support for SAML / OIDC is relatively easy today with Auth0/Cognito, but agree it's an effort. But I really believe that the time to implement it is irrelevant, I believe people should charge for differentiating features, not common/convenient features.
