Debugging is generally easy with IDE. I use Emacs for writing code, but when it comes to debugging nothing beats a proper IDE! It just makes things a lot easier

Debugging is generally easy with IDE. I use Emacs for writing code, but when it comes to debugging nothing beats a proper IDE! It just makes things a lot easier. Although GDB can be scripted using python, but I haven't found a better way to do it by myself. If someone knows that it will be awesome! It would really be awesome to have some quick-start guide on hacking GDB for making it more usable for intermediate programmers!
