RubyMine is the only IDE I've seen that seems to actually get Rails projects ie. the relationships between models, controllers, partials, .erb files, etc... For single-language completion I've found language servers and Emacs are just as good, but Jetbrains seems to be on another level when it comes to contextual understanding when using a framework like Rails.
