Cheese making is a hobby I intend to get into in a few years, when I have more time in the evenings (read: kids get older). I've been subscribed to /r/cheesemaking (https://www.reddit.com/r/cheesemaking/ https://www.reddit.com/r/cheesemaking/) for some time now, gathering inspiration, bad ideas, and good ideas! It feels like a great addition to a hobbyist cooks experience and in a similar space as fermentation (patience, temperature controls, accuracy where it counts)
