I mean, you can have a strong distaste for scalpers, but it doesn't make this any more reasonable a thing to do. Granted, buyers have every right to say "nah, I'm out", which IMO they absolutely should do. I don't particularly like scalpers either, but I have a much stronger distaste for the idea that a physical product I purchase under pretense of ownership is then treated as a leased / subscribed / otherwise non-owned possession.
