I support this. One year seems reasonable. I can't stand scalping. I assume the dealership retains the ability to buy back the truck? That gives someone an out if they really do need to sell in the first year. I'd also like to see it with consoles and GPUs. In those cases, Consoles are easier. GPUs are harder. But I imagine for consoles you could limit the PSN account to the one who purchased it.
