Solar safety experts who are upset, please note:
* The author lives in .nl which specifically allows this type of ad-hoc residential solar (which is probably why he hasn't paid lawyers to provide fine print for his blog post)
* The author is using a grid-tie inverter which by definition will not function if the utility is not providing current.
There is very, very little risk to anyone including himself at the wattages and voltages he is working with.
