Funny enough, one of those is going to end up being Donald Trump, who is still trying very hard to cast himself as the savior of the pandemic. Of course he will be mostly isolated from the consequences other than having his dream of a 2024 comeback dashed. It's going to be hard on those with lesser resources to ameliorate the storm they find themselves in.
