  It works for like 30 percent of people and its effect is weak. It is actually not used for pain management, outside of some people at home with something minor.

    I've never heard that. It works for me, so I was shocked to read "does not work for that purpose at all" and even now "for 30 percent of people". I just googled for "aspirin pain effectiveness" and the first hit was this: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/10796855/ https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/10796855/ which doesn't match what you are saying.
