I abstained because while it does play merry havoc on interop and other stuff the extra hour of daylight is a nice bonus. You could get the same result by shifting the timing of when stuff happens (work hours etc) but approximately no-one actually does that in dst-less zones. It's a solution to a human problem, not a technical one.
