Pierre Pellerin ( http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pierre_Pellerin http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pierre_Pellerin ) won a trial against media that were saying this children story about him saying a Nuclear cloud stopped at the frontier.
