That was really good, because you got the pineapple taste but without any of that pesky sogginess. The place was started 10-15 years ago (?) by a former chef of one of 5 star hotels in the city. It has always been a bit quirky, first with the foie gras pizza and then with the $800 caviar and truffle one, but their main menu was super solid. I am no longer in Vancouver, but I'd order from them again in a heartbeat.
