Even if it was open, it's very common for spam lists like Spamhaus to block residential dynamic IPs by default
- Gigachad 5y agoA fair measure imo. You are probably going to see 1 legitimate email server mixed in with 1 million infected spam machines. For the legitimate user, its easier to tell them to rent a $5/month VPS.
