No. It's French government. Hide First. Think After.
(In 1987 they said that the Nuclear Cloud coming from Tchernobyl had stoped at the frontier with Germany... so that the State had not to pay for medical treatment of Cancer to public servants).
- phil_florida 15y agoNo, the story of the Nuclear Cloud is wrong. Pierre Pellerin ( http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pierre_Pellerin http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pierre_Pellerin ) won a trial against media that were saying this children story about him saying a Nuclear cloud stopped at the frontier.
