It’s easy enough that if this is a problem you can 1) google it or 2) use a tool that was made in 5 minutes by some dev.
Wallets don’t delete your transaction history. The average user knows their wallet address and any wallet I’ve ever used 1) doesn’t use OpenSea as a source of anything and 2) keeps a track of transactions you’ve performed using that wallet. This makes it easy to find the address of your NFT.
This is analogous to knowing your credit card number and knowing how to look up the merchant of a transaction you made.
