- Normille 5y agoExactly. As per my longer rantlet elsewhere in these comments. It's total bollox. My Canon printer won't print if it doesn't recognise an ink cartridge as being kosher. End of story. The only error message you can ignore and still continue to print is the one about 'ink may have run out'.
